For all of you who have been anxiously sitting on the edge of your seats, dying and hoping and wishing to see what I wear to interviews, today is your day. I know it’s different in other careers/fields, but in higher education at least, you’re expected to look pretty dang professional for the interview process. This is what I’ve worn to interviews with my last two jobs, so this is my unofficial lucky interview garb. I had a conference table of seven interview me yesterday! Way to put the pressure on, guys.
