I don’t know if y’all remember how I complained a lot back in the summer about how stressed out I was. I had to attend the committee meeting today that was reviewing one of the proposals I submitted a couple months ago. (Which was stressful because I was scared I was going to have to go up to the podium to defend my proposal!) They approved my request for $400,000! Days like today make all the stress worth it, for sure. 

Update: My dad would like you all to know that he gave this necklace to my mother and the stone is supposed to promote positivity (and maybe that’s why I had a good day ha).
