First off, let me just say that I’m generally suspicious of salads including ones of the pasta, potato, and fruit variety. And when my mother first mentioned this dish to me, I said “What???” (And by what, I meant ew.) But it’s surprisingly good tasting (although appearance wise, it’s probably on the same playing field as THE MOST delicious itself - bean dip.) A great dish for a picnic or a summertime get together. Maybe for the fourth this week??
What you’ll need:
- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3-4 lbs. seedless grapes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

First, rinse your grapes.

Next, mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and white sugar together.

Combine the grapes and the mixture together. Refrigerate.

Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Enjoy!
