You guys. I am smiling extra big today because I just had the best thrifting trip ever. I found eleven brand new J.Crew items at Goodwill with the tags still on them. All for $3.50 a piece. I’m talking cashmere and silk, guys. The retail value is around $950 but I only paid $38.50! I was running around the store like a kid on a sugar high at an Easter egg hunt. The moral of this is - GO THRIFT SHOPPING.

Today at work included one silk romper in the form of Miss Virginia and one business suit in the form of the Virginia Attorney General. It’s not every day that you get a run down of the energy situation in your state and a photo with a crown-wearing blonde in the same hour. I capped off the glorious work day by listening to You Gotta Be loudly on the drive home. With the windows down. Some days 90s pop hits are the only way to go.
