First Loves

  • shoes: Bloch via Garnet Hill
  • skirt: Eddie Bauer (junior year of high school)
  • shirt: L.L.Bean (thrifted)
  • spoon jewelry: craft show
This outfit is pretty much one that I would have worn at any age, particularly from the age of three to four when I swore off all pants, even through the dead of winter. What can I say - when this girl makes a decision she sticks with it. I’m not sure why I insisted on only dresses and skirts so emphatically as a toddler (my anti-pants protest included tantrums and flailing limbs), but my 20-something self kinda still agrees with my original fashion choice.
p.s. My jewelry today is a special set I bought at a craft show all made from antique silverware and includes a ring, bracelet, earrings, and necklace all in a 1937 silver pattern called First Love.

BONUS: My dress only phase.
